In Spain, Pau Gasol has joined FC Barcelona Spain from the year 1999 to 2000. Then, in 2001 NBA Draft, Pau Gasol was offered by the NBA (National Basketball Association). He has signed the 2001 NBA Draft and was selected by the Atlanta Hawks.

His credits were transferred to the Memphis Grizzlies as he has won NBA Rookie of the Year Award with them. Then, he has played with the Memphis Grizzlies from 2001 to the year 2008.

It was thrice that Gasol’s luck has hit the honor of the Euroscar Player of the Year in the year 2008, 2009 and 2010.
