Increase Your Vertical Jump For The Sake Of Other Sports
Let's face it. You need to increase your vertical jump because there is a high probability you play other sports as well. Jumping is essential part of our physical life and you'll just do better at number of different activities. Not only does it make you a competitive opponent with competitive edge (edge over other players) but it increases your confidence because when you can out-jump your opponent, there is always an extra move you can take. So I decided to list some of the sports, activities or events where you can use you jumping advantage. I thought of 12 but you as you know there are a lot more. Football Gymnastics - Headless that is Karate Long Jump Rollerblading Skating Skiing - I only put this picture because of the sumo guy:) Snowboarding Soccer - Yeah I know the referee doesn't need that much of a vertical leap but you get the point Swimming The Triple Jump
