Increase Your Vertical Jump For The Sake Of Other Sports

Let's face it. You need to increase your vertical jump because there is a high probability you play other sports as well. Jumping is essential part of our physical life and you'll just do better at number of different activities.

So I decided to list some of the sports, activities or events where you can use you jumping advantage.

I thought of 12 and maybe you can come up with more..

Football
