Toby Bailey Bio

Toby bailey is one of the former American players who earned international fame and popularity while playing for his nation as well as for international entities.

Toby born on November 19, 1975 in Los Angeles and grew as one of the best professional basket ball players of his age. He traveled all around the world and represented many foreign nationals successfully and spends almost a decade away from his home country. He went on to represent foreigners after the end of his association with NBA.

Toby also played for a short stint with ABA but soon he started an international journey of Europe to represent various nations. Toby was used to play in marvelous manner right from his teenage but he shines mainly during his college career at UCLA.

His college career passed at UCLA and this was the start of his searing show with ball in hand.

The Toby became a real man of class during his college basketball career. He always makes his team go on through his splendid share. He was the part of the Bruins squad in 1995 NCAA men’s basketball tournament and he led his side to victory over Arkansas through his sensational show with the ball. He was named as most valuable player of the year for bruins in the year 1996 and 1998.

Toby scored a total of 26 points with 9 rebounds while playing as a freshman. Toby’s professional career was also equally rewarding after his selection by Los Angeles Lakers in the 2nd round of the NBA draft in 1998.

He played 73 regular career games with phoenix suns during his two seasons, his average remained at 3.3PPG. Toby went on to Europe After the end of his stint with NBA where he represented panionios BC, fillattice Imola, AEK Athens and few others quite successfully. Toby returned back home after a decade and signed a deal Los Angeles lightning.
