Morris Almond is a professional basketball player of United States.

Morris was born in Dalton Located in Georgia in United States. He was born on February 2, 1985. He is a player of Guard position. He is a player of height six feet and six inches, and a weight of 225 lbs and 102 kilo grams. Morris started his educational career from a high school. He was a student of Morris Almond High School.

He was a good player in his school life at guard position. He was not so good player in the start of his session, his hard work and natural talent made him a good player of basketball in his school. His interest in basketball made him above average player of basketball.

He earned many points for his team due to his hard work and born abilities in basketball. He was a popular player in his college life also. He was admitted in college after his school education and was a best player of basketball during his college career. Almond played his college basketball in Rice University.

He started playing for his college during his first season because his fame and abilities made him best option for selectors to select. In the start of his basketball career he played at the position of guard. And his performance in some games proved that he is a best option to play at guard position.

Almond started his professional career in 2007, when he was drafted in First round of 2007 NBA draft. He was selected by Utah Jazz. After his start with Utah Jazz he has played for some other NBA teams also. Not only with NBA teams, Almond has also played for teams out of NBA. He has also played in Spain. He is currently playing for Scavolini Pesaro in Italy.
