Lance Allred Bio

Lance Collin Allred was born on February 2, 1981. He is a professional American basketball player. Lance was born in Salt Lake City located in state Utah in America.

He is player with hearing impaired with a 75-80% loss in hearing. He is first player in the history of NBA who is playing legally. He uses hearing aid during games and all other times to improve his hearing.

He is a player of power forward and Centre position. He is also author of a book, named. The Adventures of a Deaf Fundamentalist Mormon Kid and His Journey to the NBA. This book is his autobiography published by Harper Collins. He was a student of East High School in Salt Lake. He spent his early age in Montana after his birth.

He was not a player in his school, infect he was not an organized player of basketball since he reached in eighth grade. He joined a local tem in LDS church and started playing an organized basketball.

He developed his skills quickly and due to his tremendous height he was a shining basketball player in East high school in Salt Lake City. He averaged 17.3 points per match in during his senior year. He was a star player in his school. He was moved in Utah College after his school education.

He was a famous player in his school and his record was so good so he got a chance to play for his college’s basketball team. He performed as good as he could and won many matches for his college’s basketball team.

He started his professional career in 2005 and still he is present in the world of basketball. He is a star player of basketball in preset age. He also played for leagues other then NBA. Allred is currently playing for Idaho Stampede since January 2010.
