Gene Banks Bio

Gene Banks is one of the American men who make his mark in the players of basketball and left behind nice memories of his performance.

He was born on 15th of May in 1959. He was one of the best performers of his age who develop lots of fame, earned name and spread lot of good will all around.

Gene was having passion for basketball in his genes as he always preferred to play basketball over any other game right from his teenage.

It would not be an exaggeration to say that he developed love and affection for the game of basketball. Gene always loved to play basket ball in all available leisure hours. He played basket ball from his teenage with zeal to grow as a professional later on. He played at school, college and then at professional level equally well.

This was of course his awesome game at college that lead him to high levels.

Gene played for San Antonio from 1981 to 1985 where he played some remarkable games and touched a level where he scored up to 14.9 points per game.

He later joined Chicago where his average was once again so remarkable and wonderful. He amazed every one from his performance at school as well as college level where he was used to make swift moves and was well known for dunks that kept rivals at toes.

Gene also made five playoff appearances where his average was so fine so nice with a nice rebound rate and assists per game. He was equally good in the court when joined San Antonio in 1981 at the start of his professional career. He played a total of 468 career games in his entire career where he scored more than 5000 points with 11.3 points per game and 5.8 rebounds per game.
