Today I started using the program and I can jump 5 inches higher it seems.

The best part of your program is the information on growth. Some of the facts I actually did not know :). I think it could use some more information however because many people are not satisfied with their height when they could be taller. I'm glad I got this information. The day I got it I did over 150 lift offs with 5lb on each leg and I can jump higher just doing those : )

It's week one and I think this program is very well detailed and it has good information and picture/demonstrations.

I am curious thought if I will be able to dunk at around 6 foot tall. Wouldn't that be a little dangerous? Dunking would be very fun but I also don't want to get injured... on a better note.

Aware-jump is the right way to go if you want to reach new heights, in terms of your jumping of course. You don't have anything to lose. This product only uses up about 30 minutes on certain days, and even has rest periods where you can relax. If you were skeptical about getting this product, don't be. You'll be better at most every sport involving your legs. Football, Basketball, Track, etc.
