Since you are interested in "Aware Jump" I assume you are determined to jump higher than ever before. If you really have to neglect 2 or more days but you want to use your full potential, than I’m afraid you’ll have to start all over. Should I stop playing basketball while doing "Aware Jump"? On the contrary. Don’t stop playing basketball or whatever it is that you do. Keep playing even more if you feel good about it. And don’t worry if you see that your vertical has decreased. This is what you want. That means it’s working. In case you feel a great pain in your legs, do try to slow down a bit with your daily activities. But this will take no longer than 2 or 3 days. I finished "Aware Jump". When will I notice improvement in my jumping? It all depends on you.
